On March 16th, I posted on the Women's BB site, "NEW Coach Idea". Many posted replies that my idea was not good. I said that the AD should look at possibly hiring a women's head coach (like Painter) that would serve as an assistant to the head coach (like Keady) for one year. Then the new assistant coach would become the women's head coach. What do know??? I was right. lol
