Is Purdue a better job than Arkansas?

Why would we want Musselman? He lost 10 games in the SEC with a boatload of talent...
He also lost one of best players due to injury this year and had another (Smith) recently return after being out all year. He’s a really good Coach, not sure I like the 1 and done model he’s now using though.

He's the 9th highest paid coach in the country (4.1 M per year). Probably going to get a nice bump now. Don't think he's going anywhere.

They have 6 final fours and a natty.

Plus they are in a state with no other major universities and no pro sports, so way more NIL opportunities than we have.

No way he would leave for Purdue. And we can’t outbid an SEC school.

Yea Ark is a very good job. They have a crazy fan base an over supportive AD, financially rich area, average 1-2,000 in attendance more than us.

Only Bonefish would think starting a bidding war with Walmart folks is a winning proposition.
And it's not even just Walmart. Tyson Foods and JB Hunt Transportation are also headquartered in NW Arkansas. NW Arkansas has a decently high percentage of America's Millionaires and they treat the Razorbacks like the local Pro team. Thinking any major sport job at Purdue is better than Arkansas is crazy talk.

Let's overreact more..... We lost 75% of our scoring this year and the results were a BTT champ, and BT title, being ranked #1 for half the season, and of course a choke in the tourney.

Having consistent success will eventually get us there. We had gone to the S16 in 4/5 tourney's going into this year, and are now at 4/6. That isn't a record anyone not very blue blooded would pass.

Recruiting has been trending in a positive direction. Unfortunately for us this year our freshmen hit the freshmen wall. In all but the most extreme cases this happens to freshmen. Next year with some meet on Loyer's bones, and hopefully a little more focus on fundamentals for Braden that problem should be resolved. We also have a potential x factor with a highly touted very athletic combo guard joining the team. Oh and a 7 footer who can shoot 3's if reports pan out......

by her looks, they showed her mic'd up in the stands for a bit
I can see it. She's definitely easy on the eyes. Eric Musselman is winning at the game of life, for sure.
