As a freshman, Johnson was Iowa's only deep ball threat and had some long receptions, Unfortunately, the Iowa QB is very challenged to complete long passes, With a QB of AOC's caliber, he would have put much better numbers. This year he played very sparingly due to an undisclosed injury, which was rumored to be a very bad hamstring. If he is healthy, he could be a good fit for Purdue.
