I hope the Boilers don't overlook Iowa just because they have an 8-5 record up to this point. They need to "bring their A games", like Biggie has been doing lately.

Finally watched Wednesday's game and I think Norfolk might be the worst team I've ever seen purdue play. Swanigan could have picked up the best corec players and won that game

We will probably have the possibility of losing any given game the rest of the way. Most everyone in the conference looks to be capable of beating a team that shows up and plays poorly. Obviously some are better than others but it goes without saying, or should, that we can lose a conference game if we don't show up to play.

I think Purdue just enforced their will from the tip on Norfolk. Haas just owned the paint and the defense as a team did a great job of getting Norfolk out of their offense. Norfolkn isn't great by any stretch but Purdue really just enforced their will on them as much as any team I have seen from Purdue.

There have been worse. Grambling State a couple of seasons ago was pretty bad (82-30 Purdue win and they were being nice). One of the worst DI opponents (at least since I've been following Purdue hoops) might have been the 1991-1992 Prairie View A&M Panthers. They went 0-28 that season and when they played an NIT-bound Purdue team, the Boilers easily beat them by 46 (103-57).
