So, I have spyview. I decided to just go to the forum of the school these guys are leaving and see what people like us think about them at their former school.
Jeffrey M’ba - “dang” “Man I hate this, I really hope MBA would stick around and show his true talent. He was the one guy I did not want to go.”
Sounds like they thought he’d be their best defensive player and a terminator, so the verdict was that he’s overhyped.. but they beat brohm by 50. There’s a long way between giving them the edge over alabama… and Jack Sullivan.
Marquis Wilson - “can’t go pro but might portal” “Will play next year” “If you saw him play his freshman year, you would have thought he'd be a 30 career starts type of CB by now to accentuate what TL said”
Markevious Brown - “Bottom line- Markevious Brown may be the only one that would get quality PT next year.”
Luke Griffin - liked him, but fo not Marcus Johnson. He couldn’t be as bad as Dale Williams.. not by a long shot
Isaiah Nichols - “Hard to figure why Nichols would rather finish his career at Purdue rather than here? Guess he was just looking for a change in scenery?”
“he wasn’t good in conference play…. always got dominated… A walking pancake is what they called him”
Anthony brown - “He was always a mystery to me…..I wondered what point we would see him this season given how bad our secondary was. If he wasn’t good enough to at least get a look, moving on seems like the right thing.”
Malik Langham - they noted he only had 13 tackles and 0.5 TFL as a fifth year senior and basically said it’s a backup at a bottom third SEC school transferring to be the same at a bottom third big ten school
Jahmal Edrine - just noted that colorado also reached out.
After reading all this.. I hope demarje Lewis is healthy and joe Anderson or joe Strickland got better.
