I thought one of our poster's said Joe and the Dems wouldn't do this?

Just saying
Lol. That was me. Your link is from over a year ago. What's happened on the subject since then?

Joe is still against it.

Note the date.

I didn't want to break any rules mentioning you in another post. I thought this was put on the back burner too but just saw this. I know you may not agree with the source but he is pretty good

The same legislation as last year. But some Dems are talking about it again so the right is licking their chops. Tune into Hannity tonight for the outrage.

The size of the court shouldn't be changed for political reasons......but it has been changed before. Nothing unconstitutional here.

I'm tired of the selective outrage on the right on this subject considering what McConnell did. Just because the rules allowed him to do it doesn't mean it wasn't complete BS.

This may surprise you but I thought Mitch really stretched the rules in blocking Garland during the election year but turned around and did the same thing when Trump was running for re-election.

the sad thing is if the Dems pull this off, I have no doubt the Republicans will increase it more
If the Dems pull this off, with as bad as Biden is, most of the judges will come in under Republican control.

So as usual, it will come back to bite them in the butt.

It’s all about timing. With Congress looking to change over to Republican control, it’s very doubtful.

There's nothing to pull off. Not enough votes and the midterms are a few months away. Not happening. It's being kept alive by pubs to gaslight voters in November.
