My father is a Purdue Alum like me and most of my family but prior to that, he was a college basketball player at a small school.so he knows a thing or two about the game. He is in Florida for the winter, and has been watching a kid from Sarasota that is uncommitted that he says is the best scorer he has seen since Rick Mount! Obviously, that is saying something. He tells me the kid is 6'1" and has a 39" vertical. Rick Pitino was at his game last night and is trying to steal him with a walk-on offer, since no one else is recruiting him. I need to get some information to Painter and company to at least check this kid out.
My dad has a pretty good track record of identifying talent, and has ID a couple of collage all Americans while they were in high school. Any body have any suggestions about how I might get this info to Painter and company? Need to do this ASAP before the kid goes to Louisville!!
