You know as I watched I thought "I had seen this movie before." When Iowa went on the run to start the 2nd I should have hedged my bets but I didn't and it ended up a waste of 2:15

It is not just Painter though...it is the lack of quality assistants around him as well...his best staffs included guys that could overcome his own deficiencies (just as Keady's did, or those of even the best coaches for that matter), and this staff does not do that...it started after 'Zo left, and continued when they lost Ray and Lusk...the one guy that it managed to add that might have helped address it was Shrewsberry, but he was not there long enough to know before he moved on to Boston.

No doubt. It is a cultural thing now. This way of losing is the culture of Purdue. We haven't fixed it in 2 years now.
