Someone start a website that analyzes and tracks all foul/penalty calls in basketball (could add other sports).
Have a team of rules experts analyze the fouls and deem them "hit" or "miss." Add non-called fouls also.
Then rank all teams based on how accurately calls were made for and against them. Kind of like a KenPom for fouls.
The amount of engagement that site would generate would make Facebook cry.
