I guess OSU wasn’t overlooking Purdue.

Not even watching but sounds Auburn-like.
That is EXACTLY what it looked like...Auburn-esque for sure.

Just shows that even with strides made...even since that particular game...how much ground remains to be made up ultimately.

The disparity in speed was SO apparent in that particular game, and, is equally apparent today.

I would argue that our offense has looked like we belong. A few big bonehead plays across the board have made it look like we aren’t competitive. Defense has left a lot to be desired so far but the score doesn’t tell the entire story today.

Not watching either and somehow I figured this would get ugly. We have ruined their day on quite a few occasions and this is payback.
That said, it is not as if they have not wanted to give "payback" in the past...credit to Purdue for not having allowed it.

They are just bigger/faster/stronger better...have been in the past as well, but, not Purdue's day today...difference is that some of it today (more than some of it to be fair) is self-inflicted.

If not for the two turnovers this is a close game. Our office can’t be stopped and neither can theirs. This is a good lesson for us come bowl game. The lesson is we can go up against anyone we just can’t turn the ball over

Yes, those turnovers were at least a 14 point swing, probably more as they cannot stop our offense.

Next year our lines will both be that much better. Samson James starting at tail back. AOC a Heisman contender. Wide receiver room not full of injuries.

Spotting the other team 14 in the first half of the first quarter usually doesn't end well. O has come miles, D played a true top 5, maybe top 3 O in the country today.
