dead horse about Purdue football and how bad things are, and how we all agree that we need to push the reset button. However, it has become clear that the traditional 2024 Big Tem football conference (not including the brand new teams) teams are very weak. So. Since the Big Ten is down this year, will that have any impact on hiring a new coach? Pros/Cons?

I don't think it will really as the landscape of college sports has changed with NIL. Throw enough money at a problem and it (potentially) goes away almost overnight.

Meaning yeah the B1G is down this year, but that can all change in an instant.
