Purdue DBs could not keep up with the Auburn receivers, and it spiraled out of control from there.
I had obligations so recorded the game but couldn’t avoid seeing the texts which told me we were getting crushed.
So, I’ll save myself the 3 hours and ask for a few brief synopsis’ from you all.
Were we just that overmatched?
Not sure how ready Plummer is. Sindelar has a great arm and could take a giant leap if he can become more accurate and take care of some of the other issues you mentioned. We definitely have those other deficiencies to worry about that probably won't be fixable over night so we are going to need to be pretty effective on offense to be able to keep up.I'm not ready to turn the keys over to Sindelar just yet. Brohm recruited Plummer really hard. There must have been a reason. Sindelar is a high character guy and I would love to see him be successful but someone (perhaps a coach) should correct his habit of staring down his receivers. Perhaps a solid offensive line would give him more time to go through his progressions. He seems to have tunnel vision and I always worry about interceptions when he is in the game. However, I'm more concerned about both offensive and defensive lines and pass coverage downfield.
Even Shaka Smart wouldn’t have beat Auburn today.I had obligations so recorded the game but couldn’t avoid seeing the texts which told me we were getting crushed.

I listened to an interview with Mike Leach once and he said “you can’t coach accuracy. Either you got it or you don’t. “Sindelar has a great arm and could take a giant leap if he can become more accurate
