Guards couldn’t get off the designed rub & picks for IU guards. bad position and allowed a few drives while chasing. Morton also did not play well.

Too many carless hand-offs in backcourt & down low including a few by Smith & Newman

FT shooting by some dependable guys.

But at least they battled back in a tough environment

Everyone, literally everyone on the court and watching was concerned about the Chinese pinata floating around. That said, the second half was a nailbiter as Painter made the needed adjustments for Purdue. Glad that the rivalry is back to where it should be. See you at Mackey, Boilers.
