It didn't help that he cancelled the Keystone XL pipeline and is restricting drilling for oil. And begging OPEC for more oil.

I think you can add 8 million to that number as well as all teh military equipment and money. Just don't be late paying your taxes because it takes a lot of money to pay for all the illegals and drug brought into the country by the cartels while "some" try to herd cats...
