Hopefully we don't lose this forum

With On3 buying Rivals, it unclear what will happen to this forum. On3's Purdue women's sports forum is essentially dead. I appreciate the views and dialog even though my view my differ. Hopefully, we'll be able to continue our interaction when the dust settles from this change of ownership.
Seconded. Otherwise we will have to try and revive the MsHoops on the oldgoldfreepress site.

Gosh, didn’t even think about that possibility when I saw the news of the “merger” (acquisition). Not sure where my head was ….
I do subscribe to On3/GBI but seriously doubt I will re-up in Nov when my membership expires. I have so many of the posters there on Ignore that I often can’t follow the gist of a thread. Not worth the money anymore. Multiple nincompoops (sp?) over there who I just don’t need in my life 😎.

As for their “Women’s sports” forum, yes it is dead. Mike Carmin even quit posting WBB and VB news there and nows places it on Knucklehead Central, I assume due to lack of traffic. There’s probably 15-20 folks who regularly reply to his stuff, so a few more than here but still sparse by comparison.
Hopefully more clarity closer to Nov 1 when the merge occurs.

I'm guessing they do not want to refund any membership monies. If any changes are made to the forum, I assume it will be at the membership renewal date and after the merger occurs.
