NoIs he another one of Patrick Ewing's offspring?
He's the nephew of Daniel Ewing, who played for Duke and had a cup of coffee in the NBA.Is he another one of Patrick Ewing's offspring?

Are you saying he is JR's son?A Ewing from Texas, could be interesting.....
Anything worth having is worth going for - all the way
Are you saying he is JR's son?
Only in a dream!!!Are you saying he is JR's son?
If we got him imagine the length you could have out on the court at one time.It seems like he's a secondary prospect if Purdue doesn't get Eastern. However, he looks like a combo forward, which is a position Purdue should still have VE, Smotherman, and Aaron Wheeler at for 2017-2018, so I'm not sure if I understand why they are pursuing Ewing.
Play him at the 4 when Swanigan is gone. VE at the three and Haas at the 5. Then shift Ewing to 5 and VE to 4 when Haas is out just like you will see this year. This way Taylor and Wheeler are subs. It should have no negative impact on Eastern if we can get him.It seems like he's a secondary prospect if Purdue doesn't get Eastern. This is a pipe dream. This guy is small compared to Swanigan. He's barely 220 lbs soaking wet. He has 2 years of eligibility left if he comes?Play him at the 4 when Swanigan is gone. Lots of different ways to play the game. Harms is in that mix also. This is a pipe dream. This guy is small compared to Swanigan. He's barely 220 lbs soaking wet. He has 2 years of eligibility left if he comes?
Don't forget smotherman.I think this is a good offer.
Good kid with good skill level and length.
I see Purdue transitioning to an up tempo offense once Haas graduates or goes Pro.
With Biggie, VE and Haas all potentially leaving next year (If we have a dream season), having Wheeler, Haarms, Ewing and Taylor would be a nice reload at the 4 and 5 and give us the ability to switch to more of a transition game with bigs that are long and lean and can run the court.
Wheeler and Ewing at the 4
Haarms and Taylor at the 5
*Note: I still think we get Eastern and Ondigo or Haase.
Just my thoughts and opinion...but I like the offer.
Boiler Up!
