What a great rebound effort to get what I think was the go ahead or winning basket and a very save on a steal at the end.

This is one of the first games he hasn't hit wide open threes. He was off on those shots tonight but that happens.PJ is as solid as they come. I don't think you can ask any more out of him than you're seeing. Maybe a late growth spurt.
Dakota did most of the guarding on Blackmon tonight. Mathias needs to seriously be considered for DPOY. Consistently draws the opposing teams best wing player and they usually are jacking up 15-18 shots to get their usual average or shoot horrible. We have seen that in most conference games this season and I'm sure the coaches/media have as well. I think Dakich mentioned that the previous game.PJ did a nice job on Blackmon too. Gave up 11 points, but on a ton of shots.
Knocked down 3 of 4 free throws down the stretch as well. Not sure if the first one was a 1-1 or not.

Dakich was talking Dakota for B1G DPOY up again on twitter last night... (I don't follow him, but saw the re-tweets). He was actually going back and forth someone about Dakota vs HAPP for DPOY..

probably rightJust a hunch (and that's all it is), but I expect it will be Happ getting DPOY, and Mathias will end up on the all-defensive team.
