Here's a trick I learned a while back...

Grab some of CDH's stats and actually read them out loud. Read his record against D1 opponents out loud. Read Appleby's stats vs. Blough's stats out loud. Read our standing in the B1G the last 3 years out loud. It helps one remove the gold-and-black glasses (clouded with failure and little-brother syndromr) and come to the conclusion that he must be fired tonight. If our "program" had a single ball in its sack, he'd be removed in the parking lot.
