I don't think it's talent that is going to keep us out of a bowl game. Coaching and quarterback development are terrible so far as I can see but its easier to fix those things than it is to wait on the entire roster to turn over. A quick revival of the program is possible but its is going to take someone to make a tough decision and the right hire.
