I just read that "further review" of a play in the Missouri game was incorrectly called and Purdue should have had more points. Does this change anything or matter in any way? Not sure why there would be "further review" if it doesn't matter???

I think it might have had a bearing on the review of Moore's TD catch today. Believe the B1G might have sent a message about overturning calls without clear evidence.
It doesn't do a thing except make us feel even more "wronged" than we already did. I for one wish they didn't make these post-game statements public.
Unless the heads of officials would follow up with whatever penalty is merited for the screw up.
(Aka: the joker on this bad call has been called out several times previously. Why is he still officiating Big Ten games? Announce that is he is done officiating games)
