By far the most packed and loudest I've ever seen Welsh-Ryan (albiet only on TV). The Boilers in the crowd came across very loud and clear on the broadcast. Pretty good national TV exposure.

You could hear many times the chant, "Go Boilers" through out the whole game. It was great!I was there and wondering how we came across on the broadcast. The Boiler fans made up most of the upper tank on both sides of the court. NW fans had the lower level seats. I thought it was pretty evenly split. The NW fans were as engaged as I've ever heard them and of course the Boiler faithful brought it as usual.
I thought I heard the Purdue faithful say "play zone, play zone", but it may be an echo that just keeps bouncing inside that void between my ears. You could hear many times the chant, "Go Boilers" through out the whole game. It was great!

Well, My hearing is not as good as once adn sometimes I'm forced to figure out garbled sounds into words I'm most familiar with. Thanks for the clarification! I'm but a shell of what I once was...The Final Four's in Phoenix this year......what you were hearing was:
"Zona, Zona."
Nags was there. He's pretty loud.I thought I heard the Purdue faithful say "play zone, play zone", but it may be an echo that just keeps bouncing inside that void between my ears.
