Hammons and Hill starting

Easy decision, Hill commits turnovers being aggressive and Thompson commits turnovers being tentative resulting in easy lay ups.

everything else the same

I like this change. I've been hoping for 8 games that Hammons play at least 28 minutes. Haas is the best backup center in the country but Hammons is one of the best players in the country and needs to be out there as much as possible. If Haas makes as much improvement going into next year as this, he will take on the same role next season.

Hill or Thompson matters less because they are different but equal. If Thompson can make shots, he becomes a lot more valuable but Hill does seem to get to the basket at times and be better under pressure.

Two quick fouls on Hammons and this forum explodes (TIC, sort of but not really).

I think OOC play is more of a wildcard. Now that we are in conference, we know the refs and their tendencies. I wouldn't be surprised if we start Haas at some point specifically because of who's calling the game, but I'm 100% good with Hammons starting from this point out.

In terms of Hill, I'm less convinced. But if he brings it like he did last night, he will quickly become JO 2.0. He can score by creating shots, which is a huge bonus for this offense.

Make sure Hill's momma comes to every game from now on. That sweet drive and dunk in the 2nd half by Hill was sick and something I haven't seen from a Boilermaker team in awhile.

PJ also had a great feed to Haas for the dunk as well.

In the Iowa game, there was a very similar dunk (by Vince?).
