Great win in a hostile environment.

Just got home from the BC and I'm shocked at the negativity. I give huge props to the Boilers after blowing the lead and still coming back to win in a very hostile environment. I've been to the BC many times for Bucks games and I've never heard it as loud as it was tonight. Give ISU credit, they turned out in droves and were loud down the stretch. And they have a lot of good senior talent.

Personally, I thought we could have won comfortably, but we had a lot of open looks that didn't go. We actually set Cline up pretty good a couple of times, but they just missed. As far as sitting Biggie, number 30 totally abused him and ended up with more points than Biggie.

Anyway, a great atmosphere, the Purdue fans that were there were loud and proud, and it was a great celebration in the stands at the end of the game.

The coaches and the players did a lot of good things today. Let's enjoy the win.

Fun fact: Purdue has never lost an NCAA tournament game in the state of Wisconsin. Glad I got to see them win these 2.

BTFU!

Purdue fans that were there weren't big in numbers compared to Iowa State, but they seemed into it - kudos! Except the first two rows of the Purdue section that literally just sat there completely still - I'm not sure how you can watch that game and not ever have a reaction....

Anyways, Purdue will get a bigger allotment of tickets for the next round than they got this round, but obviously the rest of the arena will be an expensive get if Kansas wins.

I saw some of those front row fans come in. 4 or 5 of them had a difficult time coming down the aisle steps. One guy I thought for sure was going to fall as his wife held on to him on each step. No way those fans could jump up and cheer. My thought was that we need younger fans.

Cheaper tickets and we will be there!

So they can't clap? And most of the ones I noticed were not elderly.

Reminds me of when I was a student and we took signs to the game in Mackey that said" Stand Up Old People!!!".... lol!:p
