Great win coming back from 5 down in 4th Q 91-87

Hard to know how good Penn State is but offensively Purdue looked fantastic. TO’s much better even when pressed much of the game. KT was phenomenal. Karissa still has a ways to go before she will contribute much but nice to see her out there for a few mins.

Looked good a. Lot of the time but the defense is very poor especially stopping any penetration to the basket. Still amazed me how bad we are at lay ups and out of control lay ups. Turnovers still are bad. Is there anything worse then refs in woman's basketball?

Fun game to watch. Just about everyone contributed. Kayana Traylor played awesome. Refs were horrible, several very questionable calls. But a good effort and something for the coaches to build on. Looking forward to the next game.

PSu only won 7 games last year and 1 in the BT and is tied for the most freshman in the nation and they went toe to toe with the Boilers. Purdue's offense was as good as it will ever get or they would have lost to this aggressive team. Our TO bug that we had in control most of the game came flying out in the third quarter and almost cost us the game. And our interior D is awful. Mostly the Nits just dribbled until the drove in for a lay up. Sometimes no Purdue players even followed them. But KT has become a truly good player and Hardin finally hit some 3's that probably won the game. Moore can shoot and Farquar just plays hard. Hats of to Diagu who really made a difference. Mac is clearly not back. Looked slow, but she will get there. Crazy game to watch. Better shore up the D because this team is not going to shoot like that every night. A win is a win.

Yes regarding Penn State's level of talent but their two transfers are pretty talented. They will beat some other teams.

Nice win, nice to get Karissa back, hopefully, in a few weeks she's back to 20+ minutes a game, guessing the 5 min becomes 8-10 min next game.

Also, I'm sure Doumbia isn't quite ready yet, however, hope she eventually becomes a 12-15 min player this year.
