I've been around quite a while, but this year in Purdue sports may be as satisfying as I can remember in a longtime . Maybe since back to 1980 when I graduated and saw us reach a final 4 in basketball and ranked 17th in football, I guess. Of course I have a grown appreciation for women's sports like volleyball and soccer now also, which is also fun to cheer about. Happy New Year's Eve 2021 everyone. Be safe out there. Could 2022 be better?
