Offense - not a perfect day but better than expected! Good to see the Boilers bounce back from a tough loss! As the team continues to progress I look for more in upcoming games - Solid B
Defense - same here a couple of busted coverages led to the two ISU scores but overall they were getting at it and hustling all game - once again a Solid B
Special Teams - definitely have some work to do here, missing FG, bad punt and kick-off coverage needs to get alittle better against future opponents. D+ here
Coaching - Had the team ready to play and for the most part did a good job of running the team. Hope we don't have a repeat performance of running a short fast back in-between the tackles as we did last year resulting in fumbles! B Grade here.
I am an Old Fart but I didn't mind the uni's, but I still wish we would return to the OLD GOLD in our base uniforms!
