Jim Nantz just signed off the telecast by saying "So long from D.C. where the Michigan Wolverines are B1G Champions". Not B1G Tournament Champions...just Champions.
I'm 42 years old and for my entire life and it has been my perception that Purdue men's Sports (basketball & football) has continually gotten slighted. It is my hope Bobinski's new direction will start to turn the tide of public opinion with great decisions, helping our teams win the big games in order to shed this perception/reality.

They also ripped us after we lost to Michigan. Tried to evaluate us as if they knew our team after watching just one game.

I'd give a big "so what?" to the complaint . The tournament champs are the automatic bid, not the regular season. The NCAA's are what matters now.
