But overall an excellent game and victory. This Akron team was an offensive juggernaut and we smoked them, holding them 30 pts below their season average. Probably the only complaint is that Wilson plays so brilliantly and hands out so many great assists, but then goes into forcing the ball for easy turnovers. She did that late against Iowa and it cost us but also was a key factor so much of the time in that game and during our winning streak when she took over for KK.
Coincidentally, she replaced KK and tho the latter is far more emotional outwardly, both she and Wilson seem to share this penchant for making wild risky plays, some of which go great and some of which dud. Right now we need Wilson to slow down and just run the point effectively. But little to complain about in a sterling win. This team is focused and hopefully can rope the Cowgirls and move on to SB.
