We simply lack the strength and talent to hang with legit teams for 4 quarters. Great spirit though.

It's become obvious our conditioning is horrible. We always fade in the second half. We're slow,weak and out of shape to start the game and it's just exaggerated in the second half.
that was not a conditioning problem. that's a talent problem. Our OL has no subsitutes, and at least 3 of them are injured. We were down to our 5th RB in the 4th quarter, a true freshman. Our secondary have walk ons playing.
Maybe. It also could be that we're just less talented, smaller, slower, weaker and not as deep. A bad team can often hang with a good team for a half if well motivated. That positive first half makes the negative second half feel worse than it probably is. I honestly think that Parker has done an amazing job. We're at least watchable.
Ok, I can buy into that. It just validates that our recruiting has been terrible....we have a bunch of guys that try, but don't have the talent to compete in a P5 conference....even with a new coach, we're 2-4 years away from being a factor in the B10....if our recruiting drastically improves.
Langford-Johnson has a bum shoulder and won't throw a block. He was letting guys get a free run at our QB. Do you want to see Blough get hurt real bad? Nobody knows what the deal is with Fuller or Yancey.
