Not all. However, we are culturally conditioned to believe that white people are superior and black people are inferior. The manifestation of this cultural conditioning is that black people are unvalued, underestimated, and marginalized. Therefore, some white folks do not see blacks as equals. Perhaps due to parents, grandparents, upbringing etc. Now when these folks are in a position of power like in this case, the police, they immediately dehumanized some of the blacks that they encounter. Claim that their lives are in danger and in up killing these unarmed folks. Of course, if these folks are armed then the cops have the right to use deadly force.
