Ferentz (IA) afraid to go for it on 4th and 1 to keep the ball and win. Punts it, then loses the game.
Ohio State looks like dog crap on Defense and Special team so far.
Purdue should have at least been in a FL bowl game. My $.02.

Penn State had no business being in the Outback Bowl this year. There were at least a couple of other teams that should have gotten that invite, including us in that possible set of teams. However, they are Penn State. I am glad their "White Out" got a wipe out.

Hopefully, bowl committees get a kick in the ass and choose teams with uptick potential vs down trending interest and program history.

Stroud won't make it in the NFL. He needs his receivers open before he throws and he can look good at OSU doing that. Maybe he'll develop it, but he does not throw to where the receiver is going to be.

Gotta give the Buckeyes some credit - they've just marched up and down the field since the first quarter - 626 yds of offense, and Smith-Injigba 325+ yds receiving.

Update - 45-45.....that score looks familiar! :)

Opt out, portal transfers and injuries. Did not see or hear anything regarding players having to go to class and get grades. Stunner…NOT!!!

That is not the type of play I am referring to. He locked in on that one receiver all the way, made a great throw, and had a great receiver make the catch.

And if you look back in the thread you'll see I called OSU winning this when you were down by 14 early in the third quarter. You could tell by how they came out playing.

B1G still had a winning record in all bowls (6-4, 6-3 not counting Rutgers) compared to SEC (5-6). But were 1-3 against SEC with PU the only win.

On that video clip above, was that TD reviewed? If it was Purdue, it would automatically be done for long minutes and possibly disallowed for some obscure reason, if any.

Yea it looked like he had one, maybe both, feet out and if we could see from the other side I am sure the ball was not secure.
