FWIW, I've gone back and matched up the official posted roster with my numbers and confirmed that, with the incoming recruits, Purdue has tied up 86 scholarships.
I did notice that Tretter is still listed on the roster, even though he's become a medical hardship and won't count against the total. Is there a possibility there are others in a similar situation that haven't been announced?
If Hazell is looking at adding two more recruits, that would mean (according to my numbers) that there would unfortunately need to be three players on the current roster who meet those qualifications.
