For the liberals and Democrats on here

None of the Republican committees could find any wrong doing by Clinton with Benghazi, but Fox News told you that she had to be responsible for the attack somehow so just go with that. An old dog won't learn new tricks but at least your generation is on it's way out and losing their stranglehold on politics, making way for a more knowledgeable and diverse environment.
Sheer arrogance. People like you are a laughingstock thinking you have all the answers when you’re more clueless than the rest.

I don't know why I waste my time responding to you and this will probably be my last response. You apparently haven't spent any time looking into what happened in Benghazi. I watched interviews with people who had been there and lived through the attack.

I watched the 11 hour hearing with Hillary, during which she committed perjury at least 6 times that I noticed. When she was asked about the numerous requests she got from Ambassador Stevens (allegedly her friend) for additional security, she blew it off by saying that she had a department that handled that. She didn't know anything about it. Then they showed her copies of requests that were addressed directly to her and she fell into the same mantra that she used in her Whitewater scandal, "I don't recall". Her "friend" had sent hundreds of requests for additional security and she couldn't be bothered. She was too busy getting photo ops with world leaders for her Presidential run to be concerned about her "Friend's" life. And then she lied to his family about a video. What a class act.

I've seen interviews with Congressmen that sat on the committee and talked about how the Justice Department was stonewalling them. MSNBC must have skipped all the facts, when they said she was vindicated.

There was plenty of wrongdoing found. What you're apparently too dense to realize is that Congress has to refer things to the Justice Department for enforcement. Obama's Justice Department wouldn't take any action. You really need to learn how the government works.

The media also got involved by saying that it would be a vindictive action if Trump tried to prosecute Hillary, when he became President. The MSM constantly protecting their own by building public opinion against justice.

I'm surprised that you would readily accept such a two tier justice system. The wealthy & connected walk free, while the poor go to jail. Typical Liberal hypocrite.

You're right, my generation won't be here that much longer. It will be sad watching little know nothings trying to turn this great country into your little Socialist Paradise.

Congress didn’t recommend anything to the DOJ because they didn’t have anything, nada. You’re so taken by the propaganda that despite all evidence, you’re positive Clinton did something wrong with Benghazi. Fox News pounded that into your mind for years and then they stopped talking about it because they did their job to help her lose the election. You’re motivated by fear of the other, there’s no evidence based reasoning in any of your political belief. The younger generations are much more educated and inclusive, the right can’t keep playing on people’s predjudices and ignorance, the populace is changing.

Younger generations may be more indoctrinated, but they are not smarter.

The left plays identity politics continually, trying to split the nation. Black vs. white, gay vs. straight, Muslim vs. Christian, women vs. men, atheists/agnostics vs. Abrahamic believers - the list goes on and on and on.

If anyone's motivated by fear, it's the left. The left has almost completely lost political power because their policies don't play well in the great majority of the nation's counties - where elections are held. The far left thought Obama would usher in a new age of Progressive hegemony, but instead his "cult of personality" helped hollow out support for the left's cynical, somewhat un-American policies and stances. Outside of the West Coast, the Northeast, and a few pockets in liberal urban centers, the left has lost most support and will continue to do so. You know, like the 1,000+ state and federal seats and a bunch of governorships.

How do you not understand that the right plays identity politics. They rile up straight white men by creating fear of the "other." That's why the majority of the Republican party is that demographic, they play that up. The left is diverse because their policies help regardless of someone's race, ethnicity, gender, etc. The right stokes the fear that women, minorities and gay people will no longer be 2nd class citizens, which is the uneducated person's nightmare.

You are the poster child for programmed drones. You ignore all evidence that is counter to your belief system and just keep regurgitating your talking points. You're in denial about Hillary's and Obama's culpability in Benghazi, in spite of all the evidence implicating them. You repeat your programming ad infinitum, but you don't have the intellect to connect two or more dots to arrive at a logical conclusion.

BTW, I was a Conservative long before FOX News or Rush Limbaugh ever appeared on air. One of us is programmed and it isn't me. Unfortunately, you don't have the insight to realize it.

There's plenty of identity politics on both sides. Not just a liberal thing anymore.

Who hyphenated virtually everyone on the planet? I believe that was the Left, trying to use a divide and conquer strategy. Then they started playing their race and other identity cards indiscriminately to shut up their opposition. If someone starts saying something counter to your programming, play a Race Card, put them on the defensive and shut them up. Then they started accusing the Right of using identity politics, to take the heat off themselves, which is where you're at right now.

Saul Alinsky would be proud...

For decades I've seen the Left accuse the Right of doing things that the Left was actually doing, but there was no evidence that the right was doing it. It's actually a fairly smart ploy, because it creates misdirection, getting people to look Right, when they should be looking Left. It also gives them a disclaimer, when/if they get caught doing it, because they can claim that we were just doing the same thing as the other guys.

Riling up fear is the province of the Left. They're long on using emotion to fire up their base and very short on using anything approaching logic. All you have to do is look at what's happening with Brett Kavanaugh's nomination. The Left was demonstrating BEFORE they even knew who the nominee was.

You've got politicians like Chuck Schumer, who has predicted the demise of the human race, if Kavanaugh's confirmed. Apparently Kavanaugh is going to take away all health care from women, all rights for gays and he may even institute slavery again, should he ever get on the Supreme Court, if you were to believe the rantings of the Left. The fact that there is absolutely nothing in his rulings that support these contentions doesn't matter to the Left. Anyone who's not an activist Leftist judge is going to have his/her character assassinated and be made to appear as the second coming of the Devil, because the Left doesn't want a strict constitutionalist on the Supreme Court. They want Activist Judges, who will legislate from the bench to allow the Left to advance agendas that would never pass in the Legislative branch, thus subverting the Constitution.

They did and they are also the primary practitioners of identity politics, despite allegations to the contrary.
Even if they did start it, it's ok for the pubs to do it now? That's the argument you're making, one I occasionally have with my 15 year old.

It's not just allegations. Trump is clearly using identity politics in his immigration policy.

Oh come on, enforcing the law is identity politics?

I've never understood the political uproar over Benghazi. Frankly, I think the military chain of command screwed up there. If you want to project that all the way up to the CinC, that's fine - that's how this stuff works I suppose. But I've always thought the tie to blaming Clinton and Obama directly was weak, at best. Along with that, I think there were some lower level people at State who deserved some blame for the goings on there before the attack, so again you can project that all the way up to Clinton if you want. I've always thought conservatives were really reaching trying to personally pin any of it on Clinton or Obama. JMO.

As soon as Scalia died the Republicans started in on they'd deny whoever Obama was going to nominate. Several Republicans stated the name Merrick Garland as an example of someone Obama could appoint but never would because Obama was so radical. Then they took the unprecedented step to deny Garland a hearing for nearly a year. Of course with Garland on the bench the court would then take away all guns, tax money would go to black people even more, straight people would be forced to get gay married. Open your eyes and see that the right is doing exactly what you're complaining about.

Honest and sincere question for you:

Would you like to see the US go down the toilet because of your hatred of anything Trump or anything conservative?

What will it take for you to ever support what he's doing, because if your honest he's done things that are very right for all of us.

Sorry I don't find good leadership to be described as: constant lying, personal insults, inability to have constructive conversations, corrupt staff, caring only about oneself, etc.

Did you support Obama because you didn't want to see the US go down the toilet and your personal hatred of Obama and anything he stood for?

I didn't and don't hate Obama. I found him an ineffective leader who, if we play your Trump/Russian game, gave BILLIONS of dollars to the Iran leaders, allowed them to produce nuclear weapons, supported the Egyptian Brotherhood openly, promoted racism and set this country back 50 years. He had no economic plan, his foreign policy was a total disaster, he lied about Hillary, Jarrett, and allowed the DOJ and FBI to become totally corrupt and infested with political hacks. And I hated the fact I had to pay for his mother in law to free load in the WH his entire time there. Hate...hardly. Total disdain for the man and his policies...absolutely.

And Obama passed his health care legacy, which cripples people who PAY for it (PAY) and many of the PAYING people don't go to the doctor for preventive tests and the like because they have super high deductibles they have to PAY for.

Obama did give away FREE cell phones to many deadbeats not all, which many of us have to PAY for.

Good god, so your reasons include a bunch stuff that’s not even true. It’s a perfect example of what the Republican Party has become. An ignorant and traitorous criminal enterprise.

You obviously don’t understand the concept if you actually believe what you’re saying.

I disagree. Ambassador Stevens asked for more security at Benghazi at least two times before the attack and he was denied by HRC’s State Department. She knew the ingredients for a disaster were there - but she couldn’t make a move a week before the election. It would have played right into Mitt Romney’s stance that Obama was soft on terrorism and that the DoS was a shitshow at the time. Her inaction led to 4 innocent deaths. Then Susan Rice, et al, went on TV and lied that a terrorist video led to the sacking of the embassy, even after they knew the narrative was patently false.

Why is Hillary still walking free if she did something illegal? The republicans control the house, the senate, the Supreme Court, and the presidency. Shouldn’t they have done something by now?

Also it’s rich listening to conservatives whine about identity politics. The entirety of the American conservative political movement is now white, Christian, and male identity politics. Donald Trump won an election on the back of identity politics.

She wouldn't even answer her phone.
