Hazell has had candidates in this week for interviews for Purdue's open spot on the coaching staff. Neither Brian Rock nor Taylor Stubblefield got interviews.
A new name to watch: Terry Malone. He recently was released by the Saints after being the tight ends coach there since 2006. Before that, he was at Michigan from 1997-2005. If Purdue hires a TE coach, it'd seem likely that Gerad Parker would slide over into the WR coach spot.
