2021 women's college basketball recruiting class rankings: South Carolina starts at No. 1

We ranked the top 25 women's basketball recruiting classes for 2021, and some familiar teams are near the top.

Purdue's Highest-ranked commit: F Sacha Washington (No. 57)

"Purdue brings in two top-100 players in Washington, a 6-foot-2 forward from Georgia, and Skye Williams, a 5-foot-10 guard out of Ohio who is ranked No. 93. Jayla Smith runs the lanes well and gets on the glass. Ava Learn is a finesse forward with the ability to stretch the floor."

They have 5 B1G teams ranked above Purdue: Maryland #9, Northwestern #10, Michigan #17. Iowa #20, and Nebraska #21. So after the Terps & Wildcats, the next 4 (including us) are pretty closely bunched. None of the other B1G teams are in the top 25.

These days that will earn you around a 4th-5th place Big Ten finish. Team should be on the upswing, however, far cry from
