He just texted me to let me know he is signing with Purdue no Pitt visit.
Funny story: I texted to ask if he was visiting Pitt.
Him: 'I'm sticking with Pitt.'
Me: 'What? Pitt or Purdue?'
Him: Purdue I'm sorry.'
Haha.
On a serious note: This is a really big deal for Purdue, beating out Pitt and Iowa to keep this guy. DT is a critical position in this class, and even though they added Wilson late, it would have been pretty difficult to replace him with anything of equal value at this late juncture. The general consensus too is that Wilson is a bit of a steal for the Boilermakers and the late attention he received seems to validate that notion.
