I am a huge Boiler fan, and long time lurker. Great news. Louisville is a mess and Brohm is to smart to return, but I think in 2 years he leaves for a job like OSU or gets offered a pro job. He is young and way too good. But I will enjoy the hell out of him while he is here.

Totally agree. I was mentally prepared for the “Thank you Jeff” post for what he’s done for our program. I think most of us knew why he might leave. And I like to think the majority of us understood it.

But I will tell you, knowing this fan base, JB just became a Keady-like legend. I can’t wait to see him with the bucket at midcourt in Mackey.

I made that point two weeks ago and it was dismissed by several.... Howard and Jeff are Louisville Natives so they have to be very careful how they approach or have approached their interactions with U of L. I just can`t help but think that the chickens came home to roost on this one......
