what year was the last time the state of North Carolina did not host at least one round of the men's NCAA basketball tournament? It seems almost every year that Duke or North Carolina plays at a site within the state. It seems to rotate between Raleigh, Charlotte, or Greensboro. I see those 3 cities are already ticketed to host at least one round of the tournament for the next 3 years, besides Charlotte hosting one of the sites this year.
