Looks like Rich Rod won the press conference at WVU........ Not!!
I think we'll be better off with Odom than we would be with Mullen. Mullen hasn't been involved in coaching in any capacity in 4 years. College football has changed a ton in 4 years with the growth of the portal and NIL. Mullen also doesn't have players or coaches that he can readily bring with him.
Go away you Purdue hater. UNLV said they tried to counter for Odom, they wanted to keep him. Mullen wanted to go to Purdue and Purdue did not offer. He’s making far less than odom.

No. Sounds like Odom was target #1 since the NW loss. From what has been said, Mullen (when he was as FL) blew off his job and focused on his golf game. There's a reason he was a studio person for multiple years.

He did. But when the coach brings his kid after you commit it changes the circumstances.
Doesnt think he can beat out G. Odom? If that's the reason, probably good that he looks somewhere else now.
Maybe it is better, not that we have a choice. It used to be kids thrived to compete. Playing hard to beat out the coach's son would be more rewarding.
