Dickinson in the transfer portal...imagine a front court of Edey and Dickinson.

If memory serves Dickinson was fairly interested in Purdue the first time around. I feel like this would be the easiest sales pitch in history if Zach called him up and said come to Purdue and win a championship.

He was, and I think Purdue was one of his early official visits taken. His final seven were Florida State, Louisville, Michigan, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Providence and Purdue. Duke came in late, and then he trimmed to Duke, Notre Dame, Florida State, and Michigan.

That’s got a SEC type of school written all over it, or possibly Miami.

He's looking for a NIL payout. Someone like IU or NC with big basketball boosters that need some star power after roster overhauls will back up the brinks truck.

Personally I'd rather add guard depth and go with what Purdue has in the post even if Edey leaves.

As a side note, not looking great for Juwan at UM. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.

Talked to a buddy that's a big Michigan fan and he says he's recruited fairly well, his issue with him is during the final few minutes of the game it seems like he lets his players "go NBA" as he calls it and play less within a team and a plan and more just trying to showcase their talents/abilities to score points.

2022 recruiting class was #1 in the nation. And in 2023 they didn't make the tournament.

Did not know that! As an addendum, I'm thinking with the arms race in coach acquisition and retention, you're going to see a lot more buyers remorse from fan bases as incoming coaches succeed with former coaches players and then lay the proverbial eggs.

He is a great college player. Don't think he will do as well in the NBA.

I think he could definitely help our team. However, as stated in another post, he is probably looking for a big time payday. I would say that he expects Pack like money (just my opinion). Hey, IU paid out for TJD, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them make a run. I don't see us paying that money.

I also am not sure as a Purdue fan, if I can take that stupid move he does when he is feeling it out on the court. Everyone know the move I am talking about, if you have seen him play. That gets old really quick.

Is it a flex pose? If so, clown town could be a good fit, as there is an opening for that.

Bacot is back at UNC, makes no sense for him there, guessing Ark, Aub, UCLA, Kansas, or life wallet U (Miami)

He was a 7 figure NIL guy this past season. Don't think he's looking for the haircut to take "Pack like money"

That made me laugh.

Sydney curry is transferring to FSU. So, we can count them out.

I would have to go to church and ask to be cleansed of my current feelings if he came here. That said, he is a commodity player.

You think UM is less NIL than IU or NC? Hmmm, might want to check their football program. ;)

He stated he wanted to play on a team where the guards don’t blow leads in the final seconds of games. Let that set in.

You think recruiting 2-3star system players is?
Look at this year's final four and tell me who are the five star players on each team. Four star players?

By the way, the last 3-star we recruited that's playing is Zack Edey, and I think Benter is the next. We don't have any 2-stars.... so that argument falls on to the rocks of your misunderstanding. Another unfounded bombastic statement.
