I think that tonight might have been Purdue's worst offensive showing of the year, but they pulled it out anyway with very solid defense. Purdue is now up to #15 nationally in KenPom defensive rating. Painter deserves a lot of credit for building such a solid defense out of a bunch of players who were recruited for their offensive skills, rather than for their athleticism.
