Hard to judge from this game because E. Washington is probably not a very good team. And until the late 3Q explosion, Purdue looked like the not very good team it has been the last few games. Maybe it was the D that caused the runaway, but for that time period the Boilers played really well, with a fourth quarter basically played by subs. Curious that Gray got way more playing time than Murphy during that time. This is a young team and it has to learn by its mistakes. Despite the exceptional ferocious play of Harris, a glaring weakness which will be exploited in the BT is the lack of any real interior help for her. As the announcer said, we have basically 9 guards and Harris. Not good and until and if it is remedied we will struggle. A work in progress or a work in regress. That is the question that only playing games will answer. This I think is going to be a rough year. It started rough last year, but we had Morissette, Perry and MCBryde. This would be a far better team with them, but that ain't what we got.
