The Detroit public school superintendent admits the CRT is deeply embedded in their curriculum. Any of our in house marxists care to spin this one?

@BuilderBob6 @BNIBoiler @boilersteel @indy35

Don’t forget chief stupid question asker @mdthornb who is in a constant state or confusion

No no no, @BNIBoiler has CLEARLY stated over and over that CRT is not being taught in schools. The media has told him so. Don't trust your lying eyes that the superintendent admitted to teaching it.

No, he will say it isn't really CRT, that the guy does not know what he is talking about. CRT is grad level or law school stuff only. This superintendent is obviously a maroon. THAT is what BNI will say. C'mon, B- don't make a liar out of me.

He will say:
A. they don't know what CRT is
B. They aren't teaching it
C. CRT is just teaching about Rosa Parks, nothing to see here, move along, it doesn't matter that they are teaching it
D. Shut up racist Shittenhouse drumpf cracker

If they are teaching how racism interjects with the legal system, then yes it is CRT. There is nothing wrong with teaching that. What do you think court cases like Plessy vs Ferguson was about. Or, the Dredd Scott Decision. Or Brown vs Board of Education etc. Systemic racism basically. How can you not teach that in a social studies class. Those cases should be taught whether it is called CRT or not. On the other hand, if they are teaching white kids to hate themselves then heck no it ain’t CRT whether the Superintendent says it is or not.

So, if the Detroit school super says they’re teaching CRT, do you, BNI need to review the curriculum to determine whether that’s true?

And, you never answered the question about whether your boys weren’t getting as much playing time on their high school bball team because of their color.

Teaching elementary school kids that the legal system is racist, that their country is racist, that white people are oppressor and blacks are oppressed....nothing wrong with that!

@BNIBoiler sure loves the marxist racialist plantation where he will forever doomed to a future of racist hate and division.

CRT is designed to tear down our society and culture and replace it with a marxist authoritarian system.

It is poison and it needs to be crushed.

If you are teaching kids history, you teach them the good, the bad, and the ugly. No need to sugar coat it. That ain’t Marxism. That’s life. If kids can’t handle learning about Plessy vs Ferguson or Board of Education or the assassination of MLK, then they have more issues to worry about. We learned all about that in school and no one needed counseling or had nightmares. Give me a break.

I see this morning we are on "CRT is just teaching about slavery"

This is false. Biased indoctrination is not education

I said nothing about slavery. However, true or false, in Pennsylvania didn’t they try to remove children books from the the school library about Rosa Parks and MLK?

I’m telling this is happening around the country, they are trying to white wash black history. They incorrectly call it CRT to justify doing so. They are trying to remove the bad things about black history. History, good and bad should be taught.

By teaching about black history and slavery, doesn’t that seem to stoke the flames? It doesn’t seem to do much for race relations and healing to me.

Therein lies the problem. That is exactly what I've been talking about. That is a shame that you think teaching black history, which have been done for years, stoke the flames. That is the ridiculous thing I ever heard. That is very ignorant and you know it. Does learning about the Holocaust stoke any flames? I don't think so. There is a school district in Oklahoma that removed books in the school library about the autobiography of Frederick Douglass. I guess, according to you, learning about Frederick Douglass will somehow start a race war. Wow. What about all the black inventors that are left out of the history books. How does learning about black inventors stoke any flames? The more we learn about each other, and each other's history the more race relations will improve. Not just black history, what about learning about the Japanese interment camps during WWII. Why should we sweep that horrible event under the rug? You probably want to sweep under the rug what President Andrew Johnson did to the Native Americans in the south called the "Trail of Tears".

The slavery history stokes the flames if you recognize it or not. I don’t know why, but it seems to. The other things you mentioned is fine and doesn’t do that. Ask your friends why slavery taught during black history month gets people all upset. It wasn’t an issue until the last year or two. It most certainly is today.

What are you talking about? I haven’t heard any negative outcomes when it comes to history of slaves. Or any other black history topic. Other than I bring it up and then you guys call me a racist. Name some incidences.

It has to do with people expecting to get paid reparations. They are doing it on a small basis in Evanston. How well do you think race relations will go over if people get paid who were not harmed for something that happened 150 years ago? My guess is it won’t be all that well received with the working class of the population.

Teaching black history, slavery in particular and reparations are 2 different things. I highly doubt that they are talking about reparations in high school history class. At least on a wide scale basis. Some kid may bring it up in some scale discussion perhaps. Relax. Reparations federally ain’t going to happen. I don’t know what y’all so afraid of. If it does happen, oh we’ll get over it. Just like y’all tell about slavery. This country was built on the backs of enslaved people for free. Then the decedents of these people get the hell beat out of them for 150 years. Still lynching blacks like Ahmad Arbery. Families torn apart etc. I’m sure any reparations going to working class black Americans won’t be returned.

There are a lot of things happening that I never thought would. The country was built for free by enslaved people you say. Wow! Arberys family received justice for the murder of their son. Don’t think it only goes one way my friend. Blacks kill white law enforcement officers just because. There are hate crimes by blacks against Asian people. There are hate crimes by all races against all races.

What does all that have to do with teaching black history or not in schools. You seem like that you want to argue about something.

Yes, hate crimes are committed by all race all races. Therefore, back to the topic at hand, 20, 30, 40 years from now in these crimes should be taught/discussed in history or social studies classes. Not swept under the rug

I was answering your question about slavery being taught in school or during black history month. You didn’t like my response so we got a little off the rails. Not looking to argue so I’m done with this. Have a good evening.

When will you quit blaming what happened to blacks 150 years ago for the problems in black America today.
For every Arbery killed by some white people, there’s 100X black people killed by other black people yet that doesn’t upset anyone.

You need to figure out why 56% of violent crime is caused by a demographic that’s only 13% of the population.

Again insisting that the past doesn’t effect the present.

Tell me how what happened 150 years ago causes teen girls to get pregnant? Causes 70% of black babies born to single mothers. Causes blacks to commit 56% of violent crime.
Seriously, connect those dots for me.

You really need to take a remedial history course at a local community college.

Anyhow, the current situations that you mention like crime and single mothers, you can best believe that it is going to affect their dependents 150 years from now one way or another.

You're not answering the question, which is:

Tell me specifically, (that's the key word) how what happened 150 years ago is still having a negative impact on blacks today, specifically, the most critical issues facing black America, like the collapse of the nuclear family, single motherhood, black on black crime.
Why has black America and black leadership not tackled these problems?
