Cronin to UNLV??? Cumberland reopen?

I think if he were to reopen, Painter would have to try and could make a strong argument that Cumberland would fill an immediate need.
Doesn't matter if coach leaves he will be able to look elsewhere and have his LOI void
Coach doesn't matter much in recruiting. It's all about recruiting budget, facilities, message board support, and non-corn surroundings. He'll obviously stay.

Noszka might know whether Cumberland would de-commit... but I see no reason to think he would know whether Cronin would leave...
Ah. We read that tweet differently. Pretty sure the coach was talking about Cumberland and it was poorly written. Cumberland has a daughter, no?
Why? We were always near the top of his list. He could see opportunity here. We have some solid SGs but no guaranteed starter.
Yeah, I had heard that when he committed. Made sense why he made the choice he did. Everybody just assumed it is because Painter can't recruit but some kids actually pick other schools for valid reasons.
Maybe Vince can encourage him to come to Purdue. They would both have kids in Ohio. Not sure that's where Vince's kid lives but that would be my best guess.
