You were an unfortunate card in a political game of poker, forced by a liberal media hell bent on shoving an agenda and narrative down the throats of the American public. Just like in Virginia recently, true Americans won.
Hope your lawyers can now sue all the media outlets, get you set up with a nice college fund and you go on to do great things.

Card in a game of poker? I don’t really have an opinion on the case, but the dude drove to another state and killed 2 people on an act of vigilantism. How is that being a card in a game of poker? That is always gonna get a lot of media attention.

On an act of self defense. You should have watched the trial.

You just posted a video where you thought a white person should be shot by the state trooper. You said that it was white privilege that he wasn’t. If that’s not what you thought, then it appeared that it was what you believed in the post.

Rittenhouse is the only figure from 2020 who deserves a statue.
Yeah, right next to the Juice.

I'm confused, what color was OJ and what color were his victims?

It's hard to know when the racism kicks in...

Oj can acquitted because the jury didn’t trust the lapd because of decades of racism. So, that’s where it kicked in.

I highly recommend checking out some poker books and forums specifically designed for strategy and long-term play. Also, you might want to check out online casino reviews, they usually have a section dedicated to poker and you can find some good tips and resources there as well. Just make sure to look for fair casino bonus offers. Good luck on your journey to becoming a better poker player!
This is definitely the right place to ask for tips and resources on improving your Texas Hold'em skills.

Sorry to raise the thread, but I don't understand why many politicians have such hatred for poker? It's a harmless game if played correctly and wisely. To be honest, I love casinos. Nowhere do I play as well as in gambling. I feel like a fish in water. My friend says, "Charlie, this is your calling." And you know what I'm saying, I agree damn well with him. At school, I had no luck in chess, tennis, or any other sport. But when it comes to gambling, Big Daddy is in. I used to go to the casino, but with the advent of the coronavirus, I had to go online. Basically, I tried all the modes, but most of all I liked the slots, crazytime-casino.com . Last week I received a welcome bonus of $5,000. My soul was very excited.

How are those lawsuits going anyway?

Ironically, he’s the one getting sued. And despite the fact he’s appeared on any and all media that will have him since the……incident…..investigators can’t seem to find him to serve the papers. The judge said the lawsuit can still proceed despite Kyle being “cagey about his whereabouts.”

Sued for what? Acting in self defense and taking out the trash?

He killed someone. It’s called Wrongful Death. Our system of justice doesn’t consider human beings “trash”, unlike Neanderthals such as you.

You, lol, thought Kyle was going to sue Biden for defamation and make enough to buy an island. I ask again, how’s that going? Has he even filed? You think saying something negative about someone is more worthy of a suit than killing someone? Of course you do, when it’s your team.

He was being attacked by 3 people, 2 with weapons and one with a gun. Was he not supposed to defend himself?

The question is not whether he should have been in Kenosha (it's a free country, anyone can go anywhere), the question is did he have the right to defend himself? The answer is yes. Plain and simple.

Plain and simple is too complicated for some.

And again you dodge the question. Where are his lawsuits? His Island?

I’m not here to argue the facts or hear your same argument for the 20th time. I know you live for that sh!t………you have no original thoughts.

You asked “sued for what?” I just answered your question…….one that most people could figure out or find for themselves.

He’s so popular and in demand, not to mention wealthy, that he’s making an appearance at the Bonneville Lincoln Day Gala in Bumfck Idaho. I guess all the MAGA media has no use for him anymore. He’s praying for another riot so he can get back on TV.

And the parents of his victim have the right to sue him…….it’s a free country. Or would you like to take away that right because of the second amendment?

I could sue you if I wanted to. So, you get some liberal judge who hates conservatives and saws the lawsuit can proceed. Great.
What is the jury going to see or hear differently than what was already presented and that Kyle was acquitted of?

It really comes down to this:
Did Huber attack Kyle and hit him with his skateboard? Yes.
Did Kyle have the assumption to fear for his life and have the right to defend himself? Yes.
Case closed.

The standard of proof for conviction in a criminal trial is "proof beyond a reasonable doubt." Kyle Rittenhouse was found 'not guilty' under that standard in a jury trial where the verdict is not being appealed. So, Not guilty!

The standard of proof in a wrongful death civil suit is "“preponderance of the evidence.” In other words, the plaintiff has to show the defendant was more likely than not to have caused the wrongful death. The penalty for a wrongful death civil verdict is monetary. The penalty is less onerous and the standard is lower.

There is almost 250 years of legal precedence that sorts out the 'what-ifs' associated with the different standards between criminal and civil verdicts.

Ah yes, they’re all liberal judges and hate conservatives. You are a victim!

Did Huber feel his life was threatened by a teenager walking toward him with an AR in the middle of a riot?

I don't even think it's necessary to switch places with Kyle. All you have to do is be honest about whether he was being attacked or not. Clearly, he was not the aggressor. He was the victim and rightly defended himself.

But maybe Bob would have let himself be killed in that situation.

Did Huber attack Kyle?
If Kyle wanted to kill Huber, why not shoot him from 50 feet away instead?
I didn’t say Kyle wanted to kill him. Has nothing to do with it. From Hunters point of view, a man walking toward him with an AR could have been viewed as a threat.

Yeah, the deaths from skateboard attacks in this country are out of hand.

Come at me with a skateboard and the last thing you’ll see is the stock of my AR coming at your head. It takes a real man to kill someone coming at them with a skateboard.

Kyle did society a favor. Huber was a convicted felon, wife beater, or child molester (don't recall which one). Plus, if he's stupid enough to attack someone carrying a gun with a skate board, then that might be Darwinism at work.

Had Huber not attacked Kyle, he'd still be alive. It's on Huber.

Does it take a real man to join a mob in chasing down a kid who is running from them?

Got to give it up for Bob. He is an internet treasure with a demented way of looking at this issue.

What if that was your kid that was killed for protesting by some immature vigilante wanna be with a gun?

What if what really happened is that your kid was killed for being part of a deranged mob chasing a teenager down the street who was trying to get to the police for safety?

What if I won a billion dollars in Power Ball? My kids have been taught not to engage in violent protests, not to attack people with skateboards, and certainly not to attack someone with a gun.

On the other hand, Kyle was taught right. He stood up for his values and beliefs, trying to protect citizens and business owners when the gubment wouldn't. Kyle is a hero.
