Hoping one of you fine feathered and intelligent geeks can help me out. The arrow keys on my laptop are not working correctly (in particular, the down arrow). I don't think it's a hardware issue because they work when opening Microsoft Edge browser but will not behave at all when using Excel or Chrome. Locking / unlocking the 'scroll lock' key did nothing.
I've spent the last hour and a half or so watching various Youtube vids and no luck; pretty frustrating. My cat walked across the keyboard this morning and it seems to be what triggered this.
