Comparison of UL and Purdue via Winsipedia

The main difference historically is Purdue has played over 200 games against the top 3 all-time college football programs. Louisville has played mostly programs like Cincinnati, Western Kentucky, and Memphis. Joe Tiller Purdue teams would have won 9-10 games a year with those CUSA and Big East cake schedules.

Yeah, that's the kicker and thing Louisville fans are to dumb to comprehend. Their historical record is against lesser competition. You could also make a case that their brief P5 history is also against lesser competition by playing in the ACC. Yeah, the ACC has a couple good teams, but top to bottom doesn't come close, they are a basketball conference.

Trashing Louisville is becoming great sport, lol. I always liked Purdue, myself. My thoughts towards Notre Dame and IU together make Purdue my favorite Hoosiers and always have. I was delighted to see Purdue as strong as they have gotten in hoops. And it seemed at times that half the linemen in the NFL were Purdue grads for a while there.

Louisville's football history is utterly hideous in comparison. But e donlt care, lol. We were within sniffing distance of the Playoffs 2 years ago and we had a dynamite experience watching the emergence of Lamar.

But for a while, for 4 years, the only school putting more players into the NFL was Southern Cal. We are new, in other words. In football, "new" can also mean BYU or Boise State. It's actually sort of awesome being new. It's even better when we beat the pants of everybody, lol. We've had our moments and we want more. It gets addicting.
