Oregon is shutting things down again. Masks required everywhere according to a friend who lives out there. Two long time restaurants have shut their doors for good within the past month in her town of 100.

Games at our place tho right? They might not show…but we aren’t going to cancel

Go read their forum … they all sound like no one has gone outside in a year and a half.. creepy as hell. I will respect Indiana till the day I die if nothing else for how calm people have been right across the border this whole time

Ok my TV guide has every game canceled and going deeper into a different menu game is still listed.

Link to their board please

So does this mean if you don't have proof of vaccination you get a full refund on your ticket purchase? That's what has confused me about all this as they are instituting requirements after people had already bought tickets.

Question, and yes, this is slightly political or philosophical, you choose: I think Oregon, in general is viewed a very blue/liberal. Or is it that the cities are lib, the burbs are conservative?

Is this reflected on the campuses and student bodies of UO and OSU?

Western Oregon is highly liberal with pockets of conservatism. Eastern Oregon (lots of ranches) is not. Western Oregon continues to get inundated with Californians trying to escape their own manmade hell...

Yes, much like California, the coast tends to be liberal and as you move inward it becomes much more conservative. It's like a lot of blue states, they are swung by the big population centers that have no comprehension of how things work in rural areas, nor do they care because they believe they know better.

Pat, well stated though there are not many conservatives on the West side of the state. Lot's of drug use, hippie's, small mom and pop shops. And yes....to the chagrin of the natives, Crazy Kally Foreigner's headed north.

And, the governor wants to decriminalize all drugs, including coke, meth, heroin, etc.

They damn well better be giving refunds!

I must give the University of Michigan ticket office full credit on this score. My wife is a grad and we had tickets for their opening game against the Western Michigan Nojels. Tickets were purchased prior to a recent recommendation that masks be worn in the bleachers and required on the concourses.

Michigan gave us a full refund without any trouble and saved me the trouble of getting nasty about the molester doctor and OSU's dominance over them.

That's actually good to hear. Things are going that way for everything it seems like after Live Nation announced it was required for concerts, but hadn't heard any talk on refund policies. I'm vaccinated, but have no clue where my card is, nor do I care.

Wonder if I could sell it if I found it.

I wonder if that's in reference to the IU game last year. Those guides usually don't go more than 10-14 days out. You said MLB, Soccer and NFL which are all current. NBA or NHL?

I heard Comcast Chicago cancelled the upcoming NHL season too.
