Huge year for him. I think if he would've shown an ounce of competency the first 2 years there'd be more patience, especially if the record is a struggle again this year. But he hasn't and therefore the fish or cut bait sentiment is strong here. As a casual football fan I can't think of of anything he does particularly well (although I'm sure there is it doesn't add up to any W's). Quite frankly the dude seems way over his head IMO. As much as I hate musical chairs, keeping a guy longer to create an image that we aren't quick to fire seems laughable if the guy Is incapable of doing the job. Flame away.
