cant help but think he is hurting UK with his frantic subbing at this point. Seems he is subbing just to jaw at his players which screams to me players who aren't smart.

First time seeing Derek Willis play and he would have been a nice addition for Purdue. Similar to VE but doubtful he would start this year or next (unless Biggie leaves early). Seems like a high quality player that just won't get the fair shake he deserves due to being over recruited.

Welsh from UCLA is having a field day against UK as well. UCLA exposing some major defensive deficiencies in guarding the pick and pop and rebounding on both ends.

Personally I think it's more likely painter doesn't get Biggie with an established Derek Willis at the 4 instead of VE being able to play his natural position at the 3 to begin his career.

But, Biggie slides in because that's just too big of a talent...Willis signs way back when, it's only a year...I don't think we get Vince if Derrick signs...I'm good...

Kind of ironic how all of that worked out. I remember people getting all bent out of shape when he went elsewhere and now we are better off because of it.
